I noticed this almost immediately from the way the product settled onto the brush.

I love this mascara for two reasons: one, it really doesn’t clump. The results seem like magic, but they're actually the product of a carefully constructed formula two years in the making. You can add volume to the Nth degree and customize the look of your lashes based on your makeup for the day. The MAC Stack Mascara, which launched early this March, allows you to apply near-endless coats to your lashes without them sticking together or becoming a clumpy mess. While MAC has come out with dozens of mascaras over the years, (including the Extended Play Mascara Gigablack Lash which I have praised on repeat) none may be more innovative than its latest release, IMO. But thanks to the new MAC Stack Mascara, this no longer has to be case in my quest to have bigger and bolder lashes (without the clumps). Whenever I'm about to apply another coat of mascara, I wonder, “Will this coat be the coat that makes my lashes clumpy?” Nine out of 10 times, the answer to this question is “yup.” I’ve used countless mascaras, and I usually don't go beyond two coats. We haven't tested it just yet, but it's expected to offer the same overall performance as the 13-inch M2 model, just with a 10-core GPU as the default option, a bigger display, and six speakers versus four. Meanwhile, the brand-new 15-inch MacBook Air will appeal to people who want a larger screen. The 2020 MacBook Air with M1 is still the best option on a budget, however, especially since it's often on sale for around $800. We only noticed a subtle step up in performance from the M1 to the M2 chip when we reviewed the 2022 MacBook Air, but we were impressed by its improved screen and its newer processor does make it a bit more future proof than the M1 model. If you're looking for a 13-inch model, both options remain strong performers, but the 2020 model is slightly less appealing now that the 2022 MacBook Air's starting price has been reduced by $100. Which MacBook Air is right for you really comes down to your budget and size preferences. Midnight, starlight, silver, and space gray
